How to watch the Australian Open 2019 tennis for 1p

Although Roger Federer has won the men’s singles title twice in a row, the Australian Open might end up focussing on the end of Andy Murray’s career. A tearful Murray announced before the tournament that chronic hip pain is stopping him from returning to his best.

The three-time Grand Slam champion, who has lost five Australian Open finals, says he will try and compete in this year’s Wimbledon but may not make it that far such is his discomfort.

Serena Williams remains favourite to win down under in the women’s singles tournament. You can watch Nadal, Djokovic, Kerber and Sabalenka try to disrupt the bookies’ odds by signing up to stream the Australian Open in the UK. Here’s how.

When is the Australian Open?

The Australian Open runs for two weeks starting on Monday 14 January and ending on Sunday 27 January.
